Founder & Owner
Fernando Melo is the founder and owner of M&M Home Exteriors and Melo Construction, leading companies specializing in residential and multifamily exterior renovations throughout the Atlanta area.
He started his career from the ground up—with his hands in the work. Before the team, the trucks, and the company name, he was learning what it truly means to deliver on a promise. That foundation continues to shape how he leads today.
In 2015, he founded M&M Home Exteriors with a simple but powerful idea: build a company that homeowners can trust, crews can be proud of, and clients remember for the right reasons. Today, M&M transforms homes through expertly executed siding, roofing, windows, and outdoor living projects, partnering with industry-leading manufacturers to deliver lasting quality, performance, and curb appeal.
For Fernando, the work has always been about more than the project. It’s about the relationship, the reputation, and the legacy being built alongside every home. With a focus on strong systems, skilled craftsmanship, and clear communication, he has built a company known for consistency, professionalism, and results.
Faith and family are the foundation of his legacy, and everything else is built on top of that.
Eli Rose
New Business Development Manager
Eli Rose brings more than 15 years of residential construction experience, with deep expertise in fiber cement siding and exterior remodeling. He previously managed the re-side and remodel segment for James Hardie corporate in Metro Atlanta, where he trained contractors on best practices.
He has been directly involved in hundreds of re-side projects, offering a unique perspective that blends product expertise with real-world construction experience.
Roger Silva
Driver, Material Runner & Logistics
Roger Silva values the supportive and collaborative culture at M&M Home Exteriors. He works closely with his teammates to ensure seamless logistics—from coordinating deliveries to assisting on job sites—helping improve efficiency and maintain a positive work environment.
Nelson Varela
Project Manager
Nelson Varela specializes in siding and painting and oversees residential exterior renovation projects from planning through completion. With a strong focus on quality control, budgeting, and client communication, he ensures each project meets both timeline and performance expectations.
Jennifer Worley
Project Consultant
Jennifer Worley brings over 30 years of experience in residential and commercial project production. With a strong background as a project manager, she guides clients through the renovation process with confidence and clarity. Outside of work, she enjoys fishing with her husband and spending time with her grandchildren.
Ricky Le
Since 2014, Ricky has helped homeowners transform their exteriors and outdoor living spaces into environments they truly enjoy. He specializes in patios, decks, outdoor kitchens, and detailed exterior enhancements.
Holly Parrish
Holly brings 30 years of renovation experience as an interior designer, with a specialization in exterior remodeling. She leverages her design background to create transformations that prioritize both aesthetic appeal and structural longevity.
Roberta Melo
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Roberta Melo is an executive with a degree in Industrial Chemistry and an MBA in Pharmaceutical Industry Management, combining technical expertise with strategic financial leadership. With a strong background in people management and organizational development, she has built her career around operational excellence, team leadership, and sustainable business growth.
She currently serves as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Melo Construction and M&M Home Exteriors, where she oversees financial strategy, corporate governance, operational performance, and long-term expansion initiatives. Her leadership strengthens organizational structure, drives efficiency, and supports continued growth.
In addition to her executive role, she is a devoted wife and mother of three, bringing balance, integrity, and purpose to both her professional and personal life.
Kirsten Darby
Kirsten Darby has been in the home improvement industry since 1995. She began her career traveling with her husband to install siding and windows before transitioning into office operations. Over the years, she has gained extensive knowledge and experience, leading to her role at M&M Home Exteriors. She is proud to be part of a strong team that delivers excellent service to clients.
Henrique Gueldini
Project Coordinator
Henrique Gueldini focuses on pre-construction and design. For upcoming deck projects, he is responsible for designing 3D models and building plans that are code-compliant, ensuring the final product meets all necessary requirements.
John Oliveira
Project Manager
John Oliveira leads crews, coordinates materials, and ensures each job runs smoothly from start to finish. His goal is to understand each client’s expectations, turn them into reality, and deliver results that exceed expectations. He takes pride in maintaining the company’s reputation through quality work, clear communication, and client satisfaction.
Bill Thigpen
Bill Thigpen has over twenty-five years of experience in the home improvement industry. He focuses on helping customers understand their project scope, solutions, and best practices. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, camping, fishing, and serving his local church.
Cary Nordin
Project Consultant
Cary Nordin has spent much of his life working in various aspects of the home remodeling industry. His experience allows him to effectively consult with clients and guide them through their renovation projects. His family continues to motivate him to be his best.
Brandon Hernandez
Project Consultant
Brandon began his career as a trim carpenter in the early 2000s and has worked on projects ranging from kitchen and bath remodels to full custom home builds. He approaches his work with honesty, transparency, and a commitment to quality.
