We selected M&M Home Exteriors after a thorough review of 8 contractors to replace portions of old LP siding on all sides of our house with Hardie Board products including a full chimney and dormer replacement as well as spot repairs elsewhere. We found M&M on the Hardie website and saw they had the highest rating level. M&M was not the cheapest company but they are competitively priced. Where they come out on top was their responsiveness, follow-up, and knowledge. They didn't try to push for more repairs than we actually needed. Every call and visit was punctual and professional. They earned our trust. Compare this to the lowest bidder who ghosted us after giving us an estimate. The repairs were done over a total of 4 days. Both the siding and paint crews were on time and professional. They worked cleanly and with expert craftsmanship. There were no surprise upcharges for un-needed repairs or materials. Cleanup and dumpster services were thorough and unobtrusive. We are totally satisfied with the workmanship and results of our repairs. The siding, trim, and paint all look great and the work is guaranteed. Over the next few years we will need a full house painting, new roof, and will replace a deck. I will call M&M first when we have these and other home repair needs.

Very pleased at the work that was complete. Professional clean up as well as customer service. Will be rehiring them to complete work on other buildings with his location.

The crew were nice and informative. They were on time and completed the work fast and expertly. I would recommend them. The price was also great. We have now used them for a new roof and siding.

I recently hired M & M Construction to replace the siding and windows on my home, and overall, I’m very pleased with the results. The team was professional, efficient, and committed to delivering quality work. Cary was fantastic during the pre-sales and contract setup phase—clear, thorough, and easy to work with. Once the project kicked off, John took over as project manager and kept everything moving smoothly. His communication was excellent, and he was quick to address any concerns. Like any major home project, there were a couple of unexpected issues. The crew accidentally disconnected my internet during the work, but to their credit, M & M covered the full cost of the repair without hesitation. That kind of accountability really stood out. One area of concern was the trimming of a tree near the house. It was cut back significantly to allow access, and I’m now worried it may not survive. While I understand the need for clearance, I wish there had been more discussion about the impact beforehand. Despite these hiccups, I would still recommend M & M Construction. Their craftsmanship and customer service were excellent, and they showed integrity in how they handled the challenges.

M&M Home Exteriors did a very professional job on building my Timbertech deck. They were timely on a daily basis. The crew were very hard working. The look of the deck is very pleasing. My encounter with all personal from Jennifer, Kristen, John, Daniel, Ben and the crew were awesome. They answered all questions and attended to any concerns. I would definitely recommend M & M for all your decking needs.

M&M went above and beyond for our project. John as the PM also of it made us very relaxed with his excellent communication skills on every stage until the completion.

My experience with M&M Home Exteriors was incredible from the beginning to then end. They removed old siding and installed new hardi plank and new gutters.The company is certified in regards to the strict hardi plank installation requirements and of course complied with those requirements. It began with their sales rep Cary, general manager Kirsten and project manager John. Their team went way out of the way to insure the job was scheduled and completed quickly. The workmanship of the install and paint teams was top notch. John communicated with me throughout the install process and when needed furnished photos of the job progress both during siding/gutters removal and installation. I highly recommend this company for those who are considering this type work.

I had a new deck installed using Timber tech materials . The job exceeded my highest expectations.John and his crew were top notch and did a beautiful job !I am so pleased with their work I am now planning additional work to be done by the M&M crew .Highly recommend these folks .

M&M was a great choice for our home. Having an older home with original Masonite, we expected to uncover a lot of problems. We found almost nothing worth noting and our siding and roofing crews got it done on time and looked after our project as if they had ownership. Our painting crew was also amazing from the Hardie to the trim, they also stained a custom front door for us. Lastly, we installed new decking on a large deck. We selected the new PVC-style boards. It’s gorgeous. I would recommend using this product for new decking structure and go with traditional composite for just replacing deck boards. (Arched bottoms will line up with uneven substructure better. Our layout is custom and odd-shaped) We would use M&M for our next project! Highly recommend.
